Question : MySql binary distribution installation

Hi, fellows administrators

I got the mysql 3.23 binary dist for Tru64 5.1 from the Mysql web site,
unzipped and untared it but I can find no instctl dir so this package
doesn't
seem to be setld compliant. I found nothing in the manual
 (except for tips to build from sources) nor in the README and
INSTALL-BINARY files. Does anyone know how to install this kit ?
