Hi,

I have a cluster with 2 ES40 Tru64 5.1 connected to 2 HSG80 controllers in
multibus failover.

I had a domain with two disk units (dsk20 and dsk23).
Something happend to dsk23, i have no idea what, but the binnary error log shows
me this:

12-Sep-2001 18:35:15 [200] DRD: Removed (unmapped) DRD server geau02
12-Sep-2001 18:35:15 [300] DRD: No server found for device 150

12-Sep-2001 18:35:15 [500] vmunix: /sbin/advfs/tag2name /baan/data/.tags/2

If I now try to get a listing of the direoctorie mounted on this domain i get an
 I/O error.
If I try to read his disklabel he respond: disklabel: dsk23: No such device
or address

hwmgr still sees the disk:
hwmgr -get attribute current -id 150 |more
150:
  name = SCSI-WWID:01000010:6000-1fe1-0010-1030-0009-0361-3636-001c
  category = disk
  sub_category = generic
  architecture = SCSI
  phys_location = bus-1-targ-0-lun-12
  dev_base_name = dsk23
  access = 7
  capacity = 142229253

The HSG controller reports no errors at all.

Does somebody have an idea what happend and how to resolve this?

thanks,

Peter Jakobs
