Long user names

Managers,

Per stdio.h the 5.0 Tru64 kernal will support long usernames

ie. #define L_cuserid 64

Using enhanced security, how do I take advantage of this.

Currently I am running 5.0a and I have a max of 8 character user ids.

I can upgrade to 5.1, or even 5.1a if it will address this issue, but I prefer not to at the moment.
