Shutting down a Tru64Unix server via an APC UPS

I am using an APC UPS with my Tru64 Unix servers. I would like to gracefully
shut down the Tru64UNIX servers when there is a power failure and the UPS
goes to battery. I would like to do this via SNMP traps not a serial cable
nor rsh script. Does anyone know of a way to shut down the Tru64 Unix
servers via an SNMP trap?
