cluster licensing etc

Hi,

Can someone please clarify the following Trucluster product/licensing
questions for me:

a) is the TruCluster license included in the Compaq Campus License?

b) Also the trucluster software.
   Where is this? Is it incorporated in to the Tru645.1 installation disk,
   or do I buy it seperatly on seperate installtion media?
