Thanks to Bob Full, Dr Thomas Blinn, Timothy Brown, Michael Huntington,
Vince Dantonio for all speedy and informative responses.

The general concensus is that the TruCluster license is part of the
CSLG license and that the software can be found on disk 2 of the
Associated Products CD.

Thanks to all. (replies follow)

Yes...TruCluster is one of the product licenses offered through the CSLG
program. You can review the four major components of the education program
at:
                <http://www.spcnet.com/edu.htm>
The CSLG Product Listing will take you to a URL where you can look at the
Tru64 UNIX base licenses.

TruCluster should be on the layered products CD set; however, the campus
should have at least one copy available through the campus CSLG
administrator. Let me know if I can be of any help. We support only higher
education and know the programs thoroughly.

Best Regards
Michael

The TruCluster License is included with the CSLG License. The TruCluster
License is: TCS-UA

To view the license issue the following command:

lmf list full for TCS-UA

The TruCluster software is on Disk 2 of the Associated Products Disks.

I don't know, and it's my understanding that the license package varies
based on geography, that is, that it's not necessarily the same in all
countries around the world.

The license code you need is "TCR-UA" and in a pinch I could find you
a test license that would be good for several months (intended for use
in external field test). But you need to confirm that it's supposed
to be in the Campus License package in your country. If you've got
the TCS-UA license (the one for V4.x), then I'd expect that the new
one should be there as well, but it may not be due to administrative
errors (that is, whoever created the package didn't realize that the
license code changed in V5.0A from TCS-UA to TCR-UA and failed to put
both license PAKs in the kit).

It's on one of the two Associated Product disks, I don't remember if
it's #1 or #2 but my recollection is #2.

Paul,
I know I had to order a license for clustering, but the software is on the
1st cd of associated products I think.

The Tru64 Cluster software is on the Associated Products #2 CD which comes
with V5.1 kit. Not sure about the license. It should be a seperate part
number though.
