Insight Manager Question

Hello Gurus:

FYI:
Have an alpha 4000 server without insight manager and would like to
re-install insight manager. This server is running tru64 unix v 4.0f
w/latest patches.

Q:
Does anybody know where I can get the latest compatible version of
insight manger and v4.0f?

FYI:
Couldn't find insight manger in the Associate Product CD's
