Sometime during my upgrade from 4.0f to 5.0 to 5.0a the system
decided that my secondary swap, /dev/disk/dsk1b, should replace
the root disk swap partition, /dev/disk/dsk0b, in sysconfigtab -
at least I believe this is what happened, as there were complaints
about it during the upgrade and there is a comment in one of the
logs from the upgrade stating:
swapon: warning swap device /dev/disk/dsk1b should be specified in
/etc/sysconfi
gtab
swapon: added /dev/disk/dsk1b as swap device.
"swapon -s" now shows only this secondary swap, not the root disk swap.
What do I need to do to fix this - just change sysconfigtab entry? -
and how can I prevent it in upgrades of other hosts?
TIA...
