root shell deleted

This is a new one. Someone deleted the /usr/local/bin directory and with it
the bash shell. This is the shell that was used for root, and all other
users! I am currently logged in and I was going to replace the
/usr/local/bin/bash file, but I don't have write permission with my user!
Is there a way to get around this without having to restore? I don't have
sudo either.

Thanks!
