I'd like to thank everyone for their helpful responses.
Although I'm totally sold on the idea of upgrading all
the way to 4.0G, my situation demands a slow, careful
progression, so I'm going to see if I can just upgrade
to 4.0D for now. (Can you go directly from 4.0C to E,
or F?)
Along those lines, does anyone have a 4.0D media kit?
I'd be glad to pay shipping and related expenses. I'm
hoping that since it's an old version, there'll be
someone who doesn't mind parting with it.
