Rebuild sendmail/bind after patch kit install?

Hello system admins,

I'm running recent versions of sendmail and DNS(bind) on Tru64 v4.0F
(patch kit #4), and I want to apply patch kit #6. Should I plan on
rebuilding/reinstalling sendmail and bind after I apply the patch
kit? Or, is it enough to just temporarily move the necessary sendmail
and bind binaries and config files, and then move them back after the
patch kit installation?
