I keep getting this error:
/: write failed, file system is full
I have no idea why this is happening.

I asked a previous message about the /proc directory and found out that -
that wasn't it. How can I tell what file system it is talking about?
Also, I am a VMS person and I know about log files and tmp files and dmp
files that I can get rid of. What types of files can I get rid of in UNIX
that will not cause any harm. Are there certain log files that I can empty
and start them fresh?? Any help would be appreciated. (ES40 - 4.0f)
