I have seen similar issues to ours on this list, but not exactly the same
and I wondered if anyone could offer any clues.
We are trying to move two DS10's and interconnected HSG80 storage from
V4.0G/TCR 1.6 to TruCluster V5.1
There are LSM volumes in the V4.0G environment and originally we had planned
to install V5.1 and then import the LSM volumes, the process to do this
seems a little complicated, so we decided to install V5.1.and re-create the
LSM volumes and then restore the data....
So, we installed Tru64Unix V5.1, Trucluster subsets and patch kit 3.
We then created our LSM volumes, before creating our cluster.
clu_create ran without problem, but after rebooting the new cluster, we only
see rootdg - not our omcdg disk group.
The errors we get on boot are:

The command 'voldisk list' gives:

The disks used for the V5.1 omcdg disk group were originally used for the
V4.0G omcdg disk group, but we have re-run the voldiskadd for each of them
so we assume this re-initialises the priv area.
Any clues anyone ??
