Hi all,

I had a strange message on my ES40 True64 Unix V 4.0G Console this
morning.
When I try to click on any icon on the CDE application manager bar, it
comes with an Application Manager Error:
"The request to service this action has failed. A ToolTalk connection
could not be established"

Have anyone saw this?, any way to recover?
