Upgrading V4.0g to V5.1a

Hi everyone,

I am looking at upgrading an Alpha 800 from V4.0g to V5.1a.
Does anyone have any advice about the least painless way of doing this?

I know that the latest patch kit for V4.0g should be applied before the
upgrade to V5.1a. Is there any other specifics or gotchas that I should plan
for?
