The answer is "no", the WWIDMGR can not.
Information provided by our VAR has shown us, via a procedure, where
the emulex LP6DUTIL tool can change the WWN on a KGPSA. Here is a link to
the Emulex site, the guys who actually make the board, and their own
procedure.

The text from the site:
Here's the writeup on how to correctly change IEEE addresses and
Node A
Config parameters.
As to what procedure should be used to work around this problem when
using
LP6DUTIL it depends on exactly what value you are trying to change.
Several
parameters are stored in the Flash.
1. Permenant IEEE (World Wide Port Name) that is the same as the
IEEE
Address that is on a bar code label on the board.
If you are trying to change the permenant IEEE Address (the one that
is on
the board tag) you should use the following procedure
1. From the Main Menu Enter 5 to get to Maintenance Menu
2. From the Maintenance Menu Enter C to get to the Update Config
Menu.
3. From the Update Config Menu Enter C again
4. When prompted enter desired values for the IEEE Address and be
returned
to the Update Config Data Menu. Enter 0 to return to the Main Menu.
5. Enter 3 to restart the card.
This procedure will change only the permanent IEEE address stored in
region
F of the Flash and has no effect on the Node or Port Name stored in
region 0
or the Preferred D_ID or Hard AL_PA also stored in region 0.
2. User configurable Port_Name or Node_Name, whose default value
coming out
of the factory is derived from the permanent IEEE address
If you are trying to change the user configurable Node_Name or
Port_Name you
should use the following procedure.
1. From the Main Menu Enter 5 to get to Maintenance Menu
2. From the Maintenance Menu Enter C to get to the Update Config
Menu.
3. From the Update Config Menu Enter 1 to configure Node A
4. When prompted enter desired values or accept default for the
Port_Name
and Node_Name
5. When prompted for the Preferred D_ID do not accept the
default but instead Enter 0.
6. When prompted for Hard AL_PA do not accept the
default but instead Enter 0 or required value.
7. Enter 0 to return to the Main Menu and Enter 3 to restart the
card.
This procedure will only change the parameters stored in region 0 of
the
Flash and has no effect on the permanent IEEE address stored in
region F of
the Flash.
We have not tried our VAR's procedure or Emulex's, so use the tool
at your own risk.
Steps to run the tool:
P00>>>
ARC -> Utilities -> Run program -> A: ALPHDNLD.EXE
