Hello,
I have a 2 node cluster consisting of 2 ES40 systems,
running Tru64 Unix 5.0A, and an external RAID system.
The OS and the cluster Software is unpatched(yet).
The installation of Tru64 Unix 5.0A was an update
of Tru64 Unix 4.0F and True Cluster 1.5.
It is only possible to boot both machines together.
If I try to boot only a single node,
I get the following message
"cfs_perform_glroot_mount: cfs_mountroot_local failed to mount the cluster root fs with errot = 6"
But indeed the cluster has been formed by using the quorum disk.
The problem exists in both cases of the boot attempt
of one of the 2 machines.
Before going on patching or updating to Tru64 Unix 5.1
this problem should be solved.
