Administrators,
I feel my system performance become very bad these days,for sometime the time of backup to tape become twice long than before.I heard someone tell me to use a command 'top' to see the utility of CPU,I/O,DISK,and so on,but I cann't find it in my machine.Can anyone give me some advices?And is there anyone skillful at system performance tuning,please help me approach some useful methods to make my machine work better.
My environment is :2 ES40 cluster,MA8000,ORACLE 9i RAC.
