The following people answered to my question and many thanks. I have to
replace the disk.
I could not mount the file system from this disk since the disk was
defect. The user is sending
the disk to a company who is specialised in reading such disks. The
people replied are:

Here are some key clues:
Device Not Ready
Hard Error Detected
Target selection timeout
and this one -- cdisk_op_spin -- which means the system was trying to
start the disk spinning and the disk is not responding.
You *might* get lucky if you shut the system down, power cycle it, and
bring it back up -- but then again, you might not.
If the disk will not spin up, then there is no way you can salvage any
data off of it with ANY utility.
If it will spin up, you may find that everything is fine, but you should
NEVER keep "datas are important" on a disk without any backups.
Good luck. You are going to need it. If the disk has failed, you are
going to need to find a specialist who can repair the disk without any
harm to the data, if you are going to get your data back again.
