The questions were:
A) The StorageWorks Enclosure model 2200 seems to be an ultra2 device.
B) Is that correct.
C) What is the Ultra3 equivalent??
D) Are there any models that handle more than 6SCSI channels?
The bulk of the responses were similar to the following:
The 2200 is the enclosure for the HSG80 and HSJ80 array controllers.
The controllers themselves only support UltraSCSI. As an
enclosure
it only allow supporting whatever the controllers do.
A. No. But, the 2200 isn't a device, only an enclosure.
B. Answered by A.
C. Not applicable. There aren't Ultra2 and Ultra3 versions
of the array controllers used in this enclosure.
D. Not that I know of.
