sendmail-8.12, cyrus-sasl, starttls, smtp auth, and C2

Has anyone out there gotten sendmail-8.12.1 with STARTTLS and SMTP AUTH
running under Tru64 V5.1 with Enhanced Security? I've gotten most of this
built, but am running into problems getting the SMTP AUTH stuff to
authenticate via the enhanced security password files. Any help?
