Hello Gurus,

Here is what I've tried so far:

   * I've tried physically connecting the actual TZ88 External Tape
     drive.
   * At the console prompt I don't see a tape device( how can I make the
     console/bios see the tape device?
   * Do I need to configure this tape drive through the Array
     Controller?
   * Does anybody know what the device name should be on the console
     prompt?
   * Also tried changing to all the SCSI IDs from 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
     7.
   * When the server is trying to boot the Tape Drive connected all I
get is SCSI CAM Errors running on a loop.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance,

JR.

FYI:
We've just purchased a DS20E Alpha Server, which came without a tape
drive and I'm looking for the best way to add a Single DLT Tape drive
for backups.

This DS20E server came with a 3X-KZPCA-AA Controller.

Q:
What's the best way to add a single DLT tape drive to this DS20 Server?

Thanks in advance,

JR.
