script password change

Hi All,

Looking for a script that will prompt the user for a new password say every
90 days, yes this is a feature of C2, however we are unable to run the C2
enviroment with some of our middleware. The rules to be imposed on the user
are
1. the password must be different from the last, and 2. some type of
password masking needs to be imposed. Any suggestions?
