New ES40 Crash

I've got a new ES40 recently moved into production. It went down this
morning with the following in the logs:

Dec 3 08:34:46 a2 vmunix: panic (cpu 0): tb_shoot ack timeout
Dec 3 08:34:46 a2 vmunix: syncing disks... device string for dump = SCSI
1 4 0 0 0 0 0.

Any ideas what I should consider? Machine came back up ok and seems fine
now....
