I come before you humbled and apologetic.
1st. I sent the original message from my root account. (bad dog-no biscuit)
2nd. The cgi file in question was a perl script easily readable and fixable.
One of the other Admins rearranged directory structures and didn't take into
account the repercussions of such an action.

 question: is there a way to de-compile a cgi script or someother
 way to see what it is trying to do or what files it needs or is
