Modules needed for LDAP clients on DEC UNIX

Hello all and good day,

I would like to know how I could obtain the most up-to-date LDAP client
modules
for DEC UNIX? I don't know if they're part of the base OS now, or if I
would need the OSIS/IE disc. If the latter, how could I get this (would
I have to purchase it)?
I am using DEC UNIX 5.1 if that makes any difference.
