SAN Connectivity Problems

Hi,

We have a GS140 connected to an HSG80 SAN, every now
and then we get I/O errors where a domain fails and is
inaccessible. Sometimes trying to umount it crashes
the system (Tru64Unix Version 4.0F).

Anyway, same thing happened a few minutes back.

When I try to run dia -R it gives the following
message:

DECevent V2.9
An event trailer with incorrect contents was ignored.
The event log file might be corrupted. 4875 bytes

_DIAGNOSE-FAT: Execution failed

Any advice?? Also, how do I re-probe the SCSI devices
on the system??

Thanks
