Sorry for the lateness of this post gang, but with the holidays and all I
actually got a vacation... ;-)
Ok thanks to all those that responded and especially Jesper Frank Nemholt
from Compaq who gave me some great tips(sorry for calling during your office
party). The problem was with the exit code... My script was not returning
one correctly. I was using another inhouse tool to do the kill and it
returns a bunch of junk at standard out and my method trying to hide all
that basically didn't return an exit code.
