Hello Administrators!

This list is great... I've been a member for years and need some
help today.

I have an AlphaServer 2100A running 4.0D that currently has a
NCR53C810 SCSI card (KZPAA chipset?) that works great. I need
to add another SCSI card and have a NCR53C825 card and although
I can see the card with a >>>SHOW DEVICE, when the system boots
it complains that the chipset for that card is not supported.
I have browsed the archives and found someone using a NCR 875
card with 5.0. Is there a hardware update to use the NCR825
card with 4.0D or does anyone know what version I need to go to
to get it working?

Thank you all in advance - will post follow-up as well,
