Device Error at the console "ECU"

Hi managers,


I have a machine DEC2000 very old, every time I tray to run “RUNECU” command
I get device error press any key to continue
I removed the most of the cards from the slots, but I face the same problem.

Please any idea? Or link to any diagnostic software for this machine?
