ES40 Hangs after " Verify fan speed" message on display

                 Dear Managers,

                                        The ES40 running true64 unix hangs after giving this message on the front display
                                        " Verify fan speed"
                                        There is no display on the console monitor
                                        All fans are running ok and have also been replaced one by one
                                        RMC shows all status ok ( power supplies, fans etc)
                                        Replace PCI logic module...No change
                                        Need help on the issue ...if somebody has seen this problem???
