setting guest users for access sftp server

Dear Managers :

Please , I would want to know if at the way that it´s possible to set "guest" users for access to a ftp server (particularly I know this on WU-FTP server) and chroot these at their homes also I could get similar features for a sftp server (I am using OpenSSH 3.02) and DU 4.0F
