Can't uninstall subset

I am trying to install the Legato Networker client on my DU 4.0F system.
When I run "setld -l|grep LGTOCLNT" I get the following:
LGTOCLNT550 Legato Networker Basic Client

So it's there but not installed ??
And if I try to delete it I get this:

# setld -d LGTOCLNT550
setld: LGTOCLNT550: not currently installed, cannot delete
#
If I try to re-install, it says that a version of Networker client is
already installed and must ne removed first.

Is there a way out of this situation?
