Oracle 8i on 5.0a

Hi,

My boss upgraded our AlphaServer 800 to TrueUNIX 5.0a but he didn't check if
Oracle was able to run on it, and it doesn't. We didn't find any patches
for it on Oracle's site, but does anyone here have any suggestion beside
going back to 4.x or buying Oracle9 ?
