hp-ux vs tru64?

hello managers,
do you think that it's good idea to buy an alphaserver (DS20 for example)
with tru64 because in the future HP won't keep tru64.
We have to buy a new server so do you think that we might buy
a machine with hp-ux or tru64 ?
