Hi...

  System is 4.0D - filesystem is a UFS. Server is a 1000A.

The system just rebooted off of a panic, with the log showing

Jan 22 12:58:37 vmunix: pos = 2, i = 415, fs = /usr/cs/2001
Jan 22 12:58:37 vmunix: panic (cpu 0): alloccgblk: can't find blk in cyl
Jan 22 12:58:37 vmunix: syncing disks... done
Jan 22 12:58:37 vmunix: device string for dump = SCSI 0 2000 0 0 0 0 0.
Jan 22 12:58:37 vmunix: DUMP.prom: dev SCSI 0 2000 0 0 0 0 0, block 269584
Jan 22 12:58:37 vmunix: device string for dump = SCSI 0 2000 0 0 0 0 0.
Jan 22 12:58:38 vmunix: DUMP.prom: dev SCSI 0 2000 0 0 0 0 0, block 269584

Why would 1 fs block error cause a panic? The system came back fine and
remounted the FS. /, /usr, /var, etc aren't on that disk.

Should I rebuild / restore the fs? Thanks....
