Hi -
I am trying to install MySQL v. 3.22.30 on a DU 4.0G system from a
binary distribution.
On running scripts/mysql_install_db I get the following error:
32351:./bin/mysqld: /sbin/loader: Error: Unresolved symbol in
./bin/mysqld: __cxx_call_static_dtors
32351:./bin/mysqld: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: this executable has
unresolvable symbols
Installation of grant tables failed!
Looking through the archives of this list, it seems I'm not the first
to encounter this problem, but I haven't yet seen a solution! Anyone?
