SMTP Email on web server

Hello Gurus:


FYI:
Have a alpha server(tru64 v 4.0F) running Netscape Web Server on a DMZ.

I would like to block any email going and coming from the Internet. I
would only like to be able to send and receive email from my
intra-network.


Q:
What would be the best way to accomplish the above within the O.S.?
