SUMMARY: Auth database in 2-node cluster?

Thank you for the quick responses, which I have below.

The summary is that in Tru64 v5.0 and later, the auth
database is shared between cluster members. A password
change on one affects all cluster members.

A password change on one node works for all nodes in a
TruCluster
version 5
and later. That's one of the features.

Depends on the version you're running.
If you're running tru64 Version 5 or greater
the auth database is shared.  If you're running
a V4.* version you and you want to share the
auth database you have to do it with NIS
or NFS.
