full backup w/vdump

Hello tru grurus:

What is the procedure to do a full/recursive backup of all files systems
into one tape.

For examples saving /, /usr, /u01, /u02 and /u03 into one tape.


I've been trying the above but every time I backup each file system it
keeps over writing the previous file system and only keeps the latest
backup.
