VXT2000 Problem

Dear sir :
I have one VXT2000 terminal and the system was under TRU64 version 4.0D and
when the system was upgraded to TRU64 version 5.1
The VXT2000 can't load from the system .I want to know if i have to upgrade
the VXT2000 software and if there is a solution to do in order to resolve
this problem .
