EncodedCounter in Perfmonce Manager MIB

Hello,
I am monitoring my Compaq Tru64 performance using SNMP with pm-mib.pnv and
having difficulity to convert encoded counter (64 bit counter) in to
decimal. Is there any example that I can use to do this?
