I've had a couple of people ask for the ISBN (order number) for the
new "Tru64 UNIX System Administrator's Guide" (Cheek, Fafrak, Steve
Hancock, Moore, and Yates) that is now available in the updated 2nd
edition from Digital Press. The ISBN is 1-55558-255-9. There are
a number of other titles available -- check www.digitalpressbooks.com
or www.bh.com/digitalpress (or check the front matter in a copy of
the book). I notice, for example, an Oracle 9i for Tru64 UNIX book,
and of course Steve Hancock's Tru64 UNIX File System Administration
book is available.
I am not an author of these books and get nothing from the sales, but
I know that there is a wealth of information in a form that is often
easier to understand than the reference pages and product guides that
are part of the standard product.
