u_anon_free page busy

Managers,

DS20 with Tru64 5.1 Patch Kit 4 keeps crashing with u_anon_free page busy
error. I checked previous posts and the only reference was to the
new_wire_method, which is set to the correct value (1). Legato Oracle
backup (nsrnmostart_ appears to be running at all crash times.

Any similar experiences and/or resolution history?
