StorageWorks and TruCluster training

I apologize if this is a FAQ, but I have not seen anything regarding
this in the couple months I've been monitoring the list.

We have (or will soon have) two ES40s in a TruCluster arrangment, 8
DS10Ls in a second cluster and a StorageWorks RAID array consisting
of an HSG80 array controller and associated hardware.

My experience is primarily Linux/Solaris based, but the mission
critical systems here are (or will be) Tru64.

My employer is interested in sending me to receive training on
StorageWorks and TruCluster. His vendor recommended MindIQ.

My experience with training has been mixed. But I'm certainly willing
to attend training if I feel that it will be worthwhile.

I'm looking for classes that assume a working knowledge of Unix. Hands
on training with the hardware in question. Focused and demanding. Small
class size, with knowledgable instructors. In other words, I'm not
looking for 5 days off... I really want to get my (or his) money's worth.

So the questions...

Any experience with MindIQ?

Other vendors you've had good/bad experiences with?

Which courses/topics are good/bad?

General advice regarding training, particularly related to Compaq
systems?

Thanks in advance, and I will definitley provide a summary as I bet
there are others that would like answers to these questions.
