Dear System Managers,
I'm again asking for your help about CAA !

I was running TruCluster 5.1A without any CAA problem until I applied
the first 5.1A patch. From then I cannot use CAA anymore since each time
I do:

caa_start named (OR ANY OTHER APPLICATION)

I get the following messages:

Attempting to start `named` on member `XXXXXXXX`
`named` on member `XXXXXXXXX` has experienced an unrecoverable failure.
Human intervention required to resume its availability.
        Could not start resource named.

(where, of course, XXXXXXXXX is my hostname)

and a core file is dumped in

         /var/cluster/caa/$HOST/core

The applications remain in the following state:

        caa_stat -t
        Name Type Target State Host
        ------------------------------------------------------------
        apache application ONLINE UNKNOWN XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
        mysql application ONLINE UNKNOWN XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
        named application ONLINE UNKNOWN XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

and not any caa_ command works anymore on the applications in UNKNOWN
state. The only way to clean up the situation is to

caa_stop -f apache (OR ANY OTHER APPLICATION)
        caa_unregister apache
        caa_register apache

but, again, I'm not able to let ANY CAA APPLICATIONS run !!!

Could you please help me?

Thank you very much from Italy,
Emanuele
