collect using too much CPU

Hi,

Environment: GS160 / Partition of 4 CPY
Standard collect on a Tru64 5.1

I run collect with "-o ln" option. I read in the list archive that those
flags can prevent collect to consume too much CPU.

Anyway, this afternoon, I was forced to kill the collect process: >90% of
CPU used :(

Any idea?
