Upgrade from 4.0f to 5.1a

Hello Managers,

I have a DS20E server running Tru64 ver 4.0f PK2. I wish to
upgrade to ver. 5.1A. I have the 5.1a OS cdPack. Can i run
"installupdate" and go thru with the update?
if yes what are the files i need to backup?
