PCI and IRQ's

Greetings,

I'm working on testing some drivers out from a
third-party. And I've ran into an issue that I think
is related to how IRQ's are handled. I have a PWS500au
box with a PCI card that in Linux is reported as being
on IRQ 19 and under Tru64, the driver for the card
says IRQ 3. I know IRQ 3 has to be wrong because that
is COM1. Is there a way to tell what IRQ's are
assigned out to which PCI slot in Tru64? If it can't
be done from the command line, how about a C program?
Some examples would be nice:) Thanks in advance!

-Octave
