Known issues with DE504-ba Quad port 10/100 ethernet for Alpha and Tru64 UNIX v4.0g

Hello managers,

I am attempting to corroborate a report of incompatibility between
DE504-ba Quad port 10/100 ethernet and Tru64 UNIX v4.0d or higher. The
second part what I am trying to find is; if there is a known issue, what
should be done to address the issue. I have not located and information
to confirm the issue as of yet. Can anyone help?
